Whale Tales at India Art Fair April 2022
Whale Tales was showcased in India Art Fair 2022, New Delhi as part of the Tezos & BeFantastic TechArt booth. Members of the team were there for 4 days and interacted with more than 1000 audiences. The Whale Tales corner was designed as a reading space and engaged the reader in a multi sensual experience using headphones for the sound effects and tabs for the visual content, apart from the physical book.
Neural networking @IAF
As part of IAF 2022, members of the team also participated in the Neural Networking event as moderators and facilitated conversations around TechArt and Climate Action.
Mural Wall @ Government school in Ludhiana
A Whale image depicting the concept of Whales being forests of the ocean was painted on the wall of a government school in Ludhiana on the 25th August 2022. This was executed by students at the school under the guidance of a Mural artist Divnoor Kaur.
Physical copies of Books Distributed in Institutes
We have distributed 8 copies of the book to various public libraries including National School of Drama, MMB Kolkata, British Council Delhi, St. Xavier’s College Kolkata.
Upcoming event:
We have prepared a 12-hour (6 session) module for college students where we will teach them how to generate images using AI as part of our open-source Community engagement. The prompt will be Whales and Climate Action and once the students generate images, one image will be painted on a wall.
